This offers the possibility of a driver's change, so that two pilots can share a vehicle. "The new car is excellent, the races will become more interesting and the costs can be divided by two persons", illustrates Renault motor sport-coordinator Bernd Hütter in the presence of journalists and motor sport fans in the Motorpark-Academy in Oschersleben.
Continuation of the tradition
The new "baby", with which Renault Motor sport rings in another chapter in the brand cup-history after a unique successful 33-year-old history has already found many followers, nevertheless, is not sold off yet. The price from Brühl plus added-value tax is at 32,500 euros. With his dynamic optics and his pedigree motor sport genes the new headliner of the New Renault Clio Cup might drive himself in best time in the hearts of the spectators just as his predecessors did.
One second won
The front-done tour car distinguishes itself by his striking rear diffuser and the air intake above the windshield. The 2.0-liter engine of the Renault Clio RS III "Coupé" performs about 153 kW (210 HP). The slightly oversteering laid out driving behavior as well as the sequential six-step gear with switch seesaws in the steering wheel generate big fun. The racer stands on 7x17 duty rims with Michelin tyre in the format 21-62-17 (Slicks and rain tyre). A "Vierkolben-Festsattelbremsanlage" accepts the delay work.
