ADAC Procar Serie
The second division of touring cars
The ADAC Procar series, as a so-called "second federal league" of the tour car sport, celebrates within the scope of the "Beru Top 10" the premiere on the "Nordschleife" in 2006. The base form production cars which are close to series car and are therefore reasonable. Vehicles of the touring car-world championship may go also to the start, such as two-liter-production cars with Group-N-specification. Besides sporty little jobs with 1,600 ccm racing tour cars with alternative impulse drafts as diesel or hybrid vehicles for example are also application-authorized.
Tension squared three
The touring car-series arisen from the production car-mastery debuts with an interesting drivers field, which spreads over three divisions. As in the past the production cars bustle in the division 1, which are also used in the tour car-world championship. The acting production car-master Mathias Schläppi changed the brand and now drives a Toyota Corolla T-Sport for the Plauener Geipel team. His team partner is the master of the Toyota Yaris Cup in 2005, Philip Geipel. "We will be at a disadvantage on the quick distances, but better, however, on the courses with narrow curves. On the sprint course of the Nürburgring we should look well."
Favorites
To the favorites belongs the team of Maurer Motor Sport, the master of the season 2005, which has changed the brand and starts with two Chevrolet Lacetti in 2006. Besides the team of Schubert Motors also might be possible for front orders with her home match. Among the rest, under the application of the motor sport arena the team from Oschersleben has called Claudia Hürtgen, the production car-master craftswoman of 2004.
Division two and three
The division two of the ADAC Procar also offers in the topical season the usual class sport of the 1600ccm-racers. As the acting champion of the division Guido Thierfelder wants to repeat the whole victory: "The title is the seasonal purpose", according to the Troisdorfer, which lines up with team and brands colleague Michael Bohrer in the proven Citroen Saxo VTS of his team Tuning ETH. "But I also line up against some very good drivers - this does not become easy at all." For the team Wolfsburg RSG, which will start in the division three set aside for turbo-diesel vehicles, the 2006th season might begin with pleasure, in such a way as the past season ended: with a double victory.
